New Modul-System - Totally integrated

To get something you normally have to give up something else, right? That’s why 
this new generation of racking system is designed with integration as its inspiration. 
The result is nothing but a true innovation, giving you advantages previously unseen 
in the evolution of vehicle racking.

Integration means combining parts so that they work together and forms a whole, 
which up until now has not been as easy as it sounds. Making a vehicle racking system where every part contributes to fulfilling contrasting demands is a tough challenge.
Or rather it was.

The new Modul-System is the world’s first totally integrated racking system, which is based on modules which can be completely customised. It is extremely light-weight 
yet durable and safe with a stylish look that still matches the vehicle interior. The list goes on. You don’t have to give anything up therefore you always get the best of both worlds.

The objective behind the design is simple but nevertheless sophisticated: Every 
module is based on a patented T-shaped high-strength steel profile with the ideal measurement of 27mm x 27 mm. This paves the way for endless racking combinations, taking modularity further than ever. The T-shaped profile also allows seemly and secure attachment of accessories.

The Modul-System description

Modul-System is made up of modules with a support frame that is designed to give added strength. The base version of support frame is open and this can be clad with end panels and/or tool boards to suit individual needs and improve versatility for the user. All essential structural strength is provided by the frame, which is self supporting and will accommodate substantial loads. The system is painted in hard-wearing colours: graphite grey and soft silver metallic.





Modularity in every direction, combined with a universal interface between modules results in a simplified system and products that have multiple applications. For example, extension frames can be used as extension legs, support bars can be used as floor angles and a single size of tool board can be used on drawer units, lockers 
and extension frames. The frame is also cleverly designed to increase strength and practicality by incorporating a unique, patented T-track. This track acts as an interface 
to other modules and provides an easy way to attach accessories. The integrated 
T-track also permits flexible positioning of a series of products, such as top shelves 
and handles, so the racking system can be fully adapted to your vehicle’s needs.
All modules are designed so that they can be installed safely. The fast and simple surface mounting system makes it easy to check that components have been installed correctly. The system is designed to make use of the correct mounting points in the vehicle as effectively as possible. The integrated T-track also helps in this respect, 
as it allows mounting points to be adjusted easily.






The entire system has been designed using a common modular dimension of 27 mm.
A single module is 324 mm wide, which makes it very easy to organise the space inside a vehicle for a given number of modules, to suit requirement. Modules come in three different depths: 216 mm, 324 mm and 486 mm.

Within each module it is also possible to combine the products used in an endless variety of ways. For example, the drawers fitted to a drawer unit can be rearranged 
as needed, or even replaced with a locker door if desired. 

In addition, eleven variants of our drawer units and five variants of our lockers 
have a square base (324 mm x 324 mm or 486 mm x 486 mm), which makes 
them especially versatile as they can be rotated 360 degrees within a racking system. 
All Tevo products have been developed and designed to withstand the forces they 
are subjected to in a vehicle whilst being driven. Our products are thoroughly tested 
for load capacity and collision strength, and approved to the European TÜV standard. Dimensions and materials are optimised to maximise load capacity and not only 
survive long-term transport use, but to minimise weight and thus meet requirements 
for low fuel consumption and environmental impact.
